The private sector is taken care of with our commercial energy assessment service. We organise certification and advice after carrying out building inspections for all commercial buildings, including industrial and retail buildings. Air Conditioning Inspection reports are mandatory for large air conditioning units and Rutland Energy Assessors Limited provides all the advice and certification needed to comply with regulations. With the help of our SBEM modelling consultants, we can take your non-domestic architectural plans and produce Energy Performance Certificates and advice for your proposed design. |
