Rutland Energy Assessors Limited are a leading provider of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), Display Energy Certificates (DECs) and other legally required energy efficiency documentation to commercial and residential clients throughout the UK.  

Established by Michael Bowen in 2007, REAL has since produced over 2500 Energy Performance Certificates for both the  domestic and commercial sectors. All of our energy assessors are not only accredited with the appropriate regulatory bodies, but are also fully approved by the Criminal Records Bureau. Our assessors also have an intimate knowledge of the commercial building environment which is essential to the quality of our energy performance assessments.

We provide our clients with a fast 24-hour quotation service and undertake to conduct Energy Performance Certificate inspections within five working days of acceptance of the quote. We also offer a full domestic energy consultancy service which aims to lower your household energy costs through the adoption of efficient and environmentally friendly energy management principles.
